He probably meant the 3rd Person who wants to do an exchange, which means one more person will have to do the exchange and the next one gets a free OP O.o....but if he really means Posts, then its either you or me who would get a free Op now..

I'll take it as if I'm the third to post an AMV... Seems the free op rule didn't work that way but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. (there just may be a loophole here)
