For my second project I decided to go with Muteki Kanban Musume and the Mortal Kombat theme. While waiting for the remaining raws i put up an alpha version of what the video is going to look like, basically the first part of it as for today.
since i'm still a newbie i'm looking for any helpful comments, especially on synching. Please keep in mind i'm limited to Windows Movie Maker for now, but any encoding software is fair game (i'm looking for something good in that area, and after WMM butchers the vid it has to be reencoded anyway).

I'm liking it so far.
At 0:14 I wonder if the close-up and the far-shot are too short. They seem to disappear as fast as they come in. Could one or both be skipped? Don't know how that would work.....
I thought the sync was a bit absent from about 0:30 to 0:38 or something. (Until uno dos tres, perhaps including it.)
I'm not at all familiar with the anime series, but it looks fun, and I liked how the character introduction from the audio track was used. And "Excellent" when she's got a knock on her head.
Going forward when you're filling on the black area (after 1:06): Are you telling a story in this AMV? If not, perhaps it's a good idea to shorten the lenght of the video or something?
I see potential here, and was entertained by it so far, but variety and/or plot will be needed.
