i dont mind seeing betas on the tube site :/ cause they arent finished videos :/

MY notes:

General:
1. turn off your DIVX logo - for some cons thats an intsant disqualifier
2. interlacing is not good... (atleast when i paused the video it appeared to have interlacing)
3. be careful of lipflap... when all you see is a character talking it comes off pretty borring...
4. bewbs probably should be left out of "convention" videos unless its for the late night or hentai contests.. i know that the nudity in ranma isnt too bad, but you gotta remember sometimes parents bring their kids to conventions and you might get people gasping in the audience over it...
5. Credits - most cons dont allow credits - so if you have a "con version" make sure it doesnt have the credits in there
6. not sure the point of this vid, but it seems fun.

Specific:
:07 - the video filter here seems pointless (plus i dont think i see you use it again till much later?)
:10 - lipflap
:19 - orphan frame
:31 - orphan frame?
:38 - orphan frame
1:06 - these are the bewb scenes that might be a bit too much
1:44 - orphan frame?
2:03 - orphan frames something weird and flippy here
2:06 - orphan frame
2:16 - the introduction of transitions here seems odd, since the whole thing so far hasnt had any transitions O.o
2:33 - orphan frame?
2:53 - is this a video filter? O.o
2:58 - this part is weird and the interlacing becomes more aparent in the smaller box.
3:07 - what happened to the aspect ratio?
3:35 - when she slaps him on the beat thats an awesome internal sync

3:38 - Aspect Ratio dies again?
3:44 - long hair headbanging this is kinda funny lol
3:58 - orphan frame?
4:24 - for some reason i like the scene of ranma jumping on ryoga here
4:26 - orphan frame? also nudity might be a bit strong for a con
5:05 - and there goes the aspect ratio again O.o

shows potential? i donno how well it would do in a con though...

the intro seems very drawn out both in the song and the video so you might try dropping the first 30-40 seconds of the song and reduce the number of intro clips

I hope you plan on cropping all that black space around the clips before a final cut as it just looks bad

1:05-1:09 this seems a bit unnecessary and it doesn't make since to me to have these clips before the clip of ranma in the spring where he changes, you might try a longer clip of ranma being knocked in the spring

Fix the clips with widescreen ratios that JaddziaDax pointed out or don't use them

a number of scene really require you to have seen ranma 1/2 to understand who is doing something\what is happening youtube is terrible for seeking on videos so i'm not going to be bothered to go back and pick out clips

overall the video seems a but long and it's hard to tell what the point is outside of it being a ranma amv and i agree with everything JaddziaDax pointed out
