Okay, first of, this isn't the place to announce your video, next time do it in the amv-anouncement-forum.
To come to your video. I saw 2 major mistakes. The first and most critical was that you just used scene-complexes from Love Hina Again. There is quite a lack of sync and you have to many scenes with lip-motion. The video has a certain flow, but you could have done this a lot better I think. Another point is the visual quality. Your video has the most extreme interlacing I have seen. You should try to improve this by using the guieds offered on the members-main-page. I kinda liked your video. But it was really nooby. Take my advices into consideration and you might build better videos in the future (and invest more effrot. Your video could have been build in a day or two. It lasts some time to create something really good. Think of a concept and follow it, while taking cre of a detailed sync).
