To begin with, RealMedia isn't a preferred format, so you'll have problems finding people who are willing to download and play it.

Second of all, the Star Scale is only for Local downloads. Since you host your videos and all of your AMVs are indirect links, they can't get starred.

If you upload your vids to the Org, however, they *can* and will get starred. However, I'd strongly recommend making them into a better format than RealMedia (preferably a well-encoded MPEG or DivX file).
