Well, talking about the lip-sync... i could say that after some years here at the org, i can understand when someone makes his one lip-sync parts combining different audio with video sequences, and yes, i judged the specific part you mentioned. Seemed too abrupt, not so much realistic 
As for the effects... to think that i couldn't make out whether it was the source like this or they were your piece of work, it means that you've done great. My kudos once again my fellow Swedish pal
