looking forward to seeing some changes to that.
And nice you got rid of the lip flap

but the girl is waaay too static, it's like you only want the viewers to focus on the background where the bubble things are moving instead of on her but it doesn't quite work. My suggestion is to either: add camera movement - shaking? some panning? anything that makes it move, even slightly OR cut out the mask and add scene overlays underneath it(like sync scenes of the girl to the music there)
In fact you could even try both
Actually I'd say that for the next 2 characters too. They're not as still as the girl because they have shorter screentime but it still feels kinda slow to me in comparison with the music cause the music is kinda fast.
The bit after where the other characters come up...hmmm.....the effect is nice but I don't like how you feathered the masks - too much imo. And for some of the characters it looked like you used the cookie cutter instead of a mask which makes it look kinda....strange. Either keep it all masks or all cutters, and less feathering please. Also that area still feels kinda bland. Perhaps you could use the full scene of the mask in the background and just lower the opacity? Anything to lessen the white background would suffice.
I think your main problem is you're too focused on pretty effects(not that I don't like them

) and less on the pacing so it LOOKS nice but FEELS slow.
But otherwise the tune is kinda growing on me and I'm really looking forward to seeing more!
That also reminds me I gotta go watch Angel beats first
