Yeah I'm gonna go ahead and disqualify this because A: I meant make your own poem, and B: that second last line is not in iambic pentameter.godix wrote:You want shakespeare sonnets? Alright...
When, in disgrace with fortune and men's eyes,
I all alone beweep my outcast state
And trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries
And look upon myself and curse my fate,
Wishing me like to one more rich in hope,
Featured like him, like him with friends possess'd,
Desiring this man's art and that man's scope,
With what I most enjoy contented least;
Yet in these thoughts myself almost despising,
Haply I think on thee, and then my state,
Like to the lark at break of day arising
From sullen earth, sings hymns at heaven's gate;
For <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... BDAWMRN</a> was made
and torture you with it is my plan best laid
Some free ops

The sonnets are each constructed from three four-line stanzas (called quatrains) and a final couplet composed in iambic pentameter[5] (a meter used extensively in Shakespeare's plays) with the rhyme scheme abab cdcd efef gg (this form is now known as the Shakespearean sonnet). The only exceptions are Sonnets 99, 126, and 145. Number 99 has fifteen lines. Number 126 consists of six couplets, and two blank lines marked with italic brackets; 145 is in iambic tetrameters, not pentameters. Often, the beginning of the third quatrain marks the "turn", or the line in which the mood of the poem shifts, and the poet expresses a revelation or epiphany. This is sometimes known as the volta.
i've been extremely bored
such is the reason for writing this
to finish this message, working for reward
because an OP from FC is absolute bliss
It'll be worth spending three months of my life
working on an AMV that means little
forgoing pleasures of the flesh for constant strife
hoping "You Are" will be superior to spittle
Now the video's been done, the time forgotten
I'm simply here writing this for both the fun and the ownage
Call me cruel, belittle me rotten
but I'm hoping I get the OP, only to witness others' rage
It doesn't matter how you put it in the end
I shall win, and you'll nothing to contend
