Just posting for the hell of it. Rule 13 would make it hard for most ppl since they dont have access to a scanner. 0_0

Yes, they CAN be made. If your video was never uploaded locally, then anyone can review it.

That's basically the whole reason I never uploaded my latest video locally.

(I was wrong, though; I misread Rule #2 as "MUST be" one of those categories. Oh well.)

if the opening on the thread was serious, that sounds like something unattainable. if satire, i think it is quite funny. but either way if someone can come up with such a video...hats off to them.
