I must say that this sounds a whole lot like my digital media class. When we submit anything (video, audio, photoshop, whatever) we have to accompany it with a huge essay explaining what filtering/codec/othercrap we used, as well as keeping the filesize relatively low.

But for an opinion thread?

I guess i should state the obvious wich seems most people arent understanding -.-

This is literally impossible,with rule 12 in play,ops cannot be made in the first place,i truely hope that you all are informed that this was just a mere joke O:
