I don't know what's wrong. Try re downloading it maybe the file got disconnected when you were trying to download it. That's what happened with play excel play. The file was corrupted so I re downloaded it and it worked. Or it may be because it is MPEG-2 format and your media player may not support it. But that's unlikely. Try redownloading it.
