i'll have a look too to your vids ;) even if it's free opinions you proposed
I'm having some problems viewing a file of yours called "Sorry and Thankyou" virtual dub thinks that it's encoded with Dx50 know somewhere I can pick this codec up? If it's supposed to be DivX5.0 or something I already have that and it still won't run. I don't really want to reinstall DivX since it stuffs up my Xvid files if I do that.
Don't worry I fixed it kinda I can play the video using DivX's player but not with Windows Media Player which is annoying but doable.

Thx! Greetz, Flom@
I have an entirely different problem trying to find the codec (LSX MPEG2) to play your file... I found it alright but it's a codec I'd have to buy which I'm not going to do. I downloaded a free trial version I found but it just seems to be a program for switching files to that format which doesn't help me at all. I'll ask over in the video help forums and see if anyone knows how to play back these files without purchasing the product.

If you or someone else can't provide a link to a free codec then I'm sorry but I can't review this for you.

hmmm strange problem you have :(

i have the divx 5.03 and the latest Xvid build on my computer and there is no problem to run any videos. normally i think you can install the latest divx (www.divx.com) without stuff up your xvid files.

No wait I have found the reason...
Can not play MPEG-2 file I have made.
MPEG-2 file can not be played only by Windows. You need to install a DVD software such as WinDVD, PowerDVD, then you can play MPEG-2 file with Windows Media Player.
As my laptop has no DVD drive I have never installed this software but I've got it on another computer so I'll just watch your vid there.

Yay everyone is sorted

3 ops down and who knows how many to go....
