Recent xvid built needed (if you experience stange shaking effects it's probably due to your codec).

uhhhh.. can't view the video track for some odd reason. I almost never have problems with .avi, so don't know why. The audio track is playing fine though. Do I need anything special to view this? I'm on a Mac by the way.

Oh um...the codec is Windows Media Video 9.
I don't think that will work on a Mac...
If you cannot get it to work just post here, I can try and convert it.
