Feedback on my third AMV

Still not exactly experienced with making AMVs, but I would really appreciate criticism and such on this one that I made. It does have a lot of spoilers so if you haven't watched Gungrave yet, please do as it is a phenomenal series. Tip: skip the first episode. Once again, not a lot of bells and whistles on this one but I really would like to know what I need to improve on. Thank you all!
