WIP - Alive (Nightmare)

No name as of yet, but im looking for feedback on a few things.

1) Overall concept, is it conveying a dramatic sense? Or does it still more like Action.
2) Scenes from 0:55 to 1:03 I'm not too happy with these choices of scenes, am i the only one who thinks there is better out there or is it ok and i'm being too critical?
3) The scene at 0:40 is this too long?
4) Would it be too much to assume people would catch the reference right at 0:55?
Bonus question) Theres some ghosting at 0:55, how do i fix that using CS4.

Quality is terrible because i'm lazy, will be much better when i'm finished.
