FLCL with polysics

Post by LookatDain » Sun May 20, 2007 8:36 pm

I made a 1 minute edit to see if I could make something work. I have what I made last night on (you)tube, got lazy a bit and watched the shows some more for inspiration.

Here's the link,

youtube.com/watch?v=dmlL92cublw

I'm I heading in the right direction? Opinions?
Well.

That was great. Carry on in that direction!

Thanks, right now I'm having trouble during the whistle parts. I feel like I'm using too many of my good scenes for the later song parts. It's a song thats not forgiving in pauses at all.
Well.

What song is that? And how long is it?

Never mind, I found it.
I'm afraid I don't know FLCL well enough to suggest many scenes, but I'm thinking anything that feels surreally happy would work. The scene with the guitar chick on her back dueling with the g-man comes to mind since it's in just about every FLCL vid ever made :0

What a cooincidence. I'm starting a project with the same - rather obscure song soon myself. Need to get a hang of blender and poser first though =/

I believe both are 3D creation suites.

Azumanga Diaoh... sorta...

Blender is a freeware 3d modeling program that's kinda like Maya (the program they used to make things like Shrek and Toy Story). Poser is another 3d modeling program that's based around moving people-like objects around.
