Yes... that's kept like 75% of all the vids I wanted to vote for out of the running...

I personally don't like it. Most people don't go to the .org too often, might not happen to be around when the VCAs are announced. And tons of my favorite creators are foreign, so they don't even understand enough English to understand how to go about this stuff.

Oh well, rules are rules, helps narrow things down at least.

But but... Taivas... friggin awesome... *cries in a corner*
