I didn't know how to describe it in the title, but basically i'd like some help with the effect you often see in MMV's. Where the manga panels are constantly being zoomed in slowly or scrolling downwards/upwards/sidewards slowly.
This is a good example of what i'm after: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1KIWu6Tch8
And i use Adobe Premiere Pro if that helps. Thanks
For all help and discussion relating to visual effects in programs that are not already covered in an existing forum, such as Blender, Particle Illusion, etc., along with discussion about effects theories and techniques.

what you see in the video is position keyframes. 1) You click on the clip/picture 2) you go to Effect Controls -> Video Effects -> Motion -> click the stop watch that it is before 'Position' and then go forward as much frames/seconds as you want it to be and then just change its position. Here's a good tutorial if you didn't understand something https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9wxLEubL6E
