i know that normal anime's are like 24fps. i know there are a few 60fps anime's excisting but he doesnt have 60fps. even though it isnt 60fps, its still much more smooth then a normal video. how do people get it like this?

twixtor can make 60fps and beyond

RSMB can make smooth animations
