The zooms are created by what is called a radial blur. The radial blur value is increased from 0 to about 15% over the course of 1 to 3 frames and then brought back down to 0 over the course of 6 to 10 frames. In this case they are most likely accompanied by a slight zoom or scale up of the actual scene. As well as some noise and obviously de-saturation [black and white]. If you are able to tell us what software you have at your disposal we'll be happy to run you through the process.
The red scenes can be achieved by color channel effects like for instance toner or two-tone. Providing what software you use will help us narrow down which effect and settings you'll roughly need to achieve this look in the editor of your choice.
