After Effects: Glass Shatter and fall effect?

Hi guys. I saw an older thread that talked about making glass shatter effects in several programs, but AE was never discussed. (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/v ... 27&start=0)

Then have the pieces fall. Can someone point me in the right direction?
