chinese group named Rain ??

.. I heard a group a few years ago named Rain -or- Raine .. but now I can't find any info on the band 0_o

.. the song she did was something like, "Na Na Na hi hi hi Goodbye" ... ring any bells ??

I think you mean that gay-ass Korean pop-artist named Rain.

I found her; her web site was down for repairs. Thanks anyways - jerk!
