Tonight I went to my fourth live music performance in four consecuitive weeks, this beats my attempt two months ago of three in a row.
Bands I saw:
The Drugs
Jerk
Augie March
and Spearhead

Spearhead is up there equal first in best nights of my life with one of the Tool shows I've been to, Michael Franti is such an inspiring and beautiful man. After the show he and his band came down into the crowd to hug and shake hands with anyone that wanted to, when I spoke to him he had such a mild and peaceful manner that made me become an entity of blissful existence. I have never been this much at peace with myself and I feel one hundred times better for it.

I saw 8 bands all in this past week.... Is that too much or abnormal or something?

That is insane, if there were that many bands in one week that i could see i would though, but the opportunity has never presented itself

I coulda seen 3 more if I wanted to pay big big bucks. You just gotta know when they're coming and plan. I'm on all the newsletter lists for e-mail with all the bands I like. If they're coming they tell me as soon as it's schedueled.

Well there just arent enough tours over here for American bands and Aussie bands that are good are usually to poor and unpublisised to warrant a tour.
