Final song in Animix - End Credits

I hope a majority of you have viewed and enjoyed this video as much as i have, if not, more or less is still ok :p My post is to see if anyone out there can answer my questions about a particular song. That song being the very last one played during the final credits. What is the name of the artist(s)/group(s) that is playing? What is the name of the song? I've spent a full Saturday on iTunes doing searches from the full list of groups and song names that were listed on Animix's page, and i still have yet to find this particular song. I'd like to be able to download this song so i can listen to it on my iPod or a CD player (if the album exists or still exists). The mellowness of this song has been going thru my head ever since i first i heard it. Maybe knowing something about it will help me get rid of it, or worse, like it even more (o.o;)
