Listen I need help, ok you kno how they do them promos and stuff at the beginning of ppv'z n stuff, yea i kno itz kinda hard but wut iz an easy way of achieving this affect and editing and wut program, i have a dazzle capture card, im doin analog editing i have a analog camera, n e ways i wanna kno how to do that vs affect you kno the 1 where the live action freezes into a pose. Or does any1 kno n e boards that might be able to answer my questions?

Hell, my native language is german, but I think I use better english than him... 8)

But for your question: I don't know if I got you right (it wasn't that easy...) but when you want a movie to go into freeze-frame, you just have to hold on to the frame you want to freeze, maybe export it as a picture, import it back and place it on the timeline after the normal moving movie... hehe
Or you could just take the one frame, and drop it down to the timeline, would be easier, but the other way sure is more l33t.. ROFL
