So....anyone buying that new SOAD album?

Ya know there new cd is called "Steal This Album" and I know for a fact that alot of those songs were released to the net back in the day buy it is a lock on most of them now...But anyway there album comes out Nov.26 and I will have my copy cuz im a big SOAD fan

Eh, I dunno. Generally unreleased material is unreleased for a reason. "F' The System" is a pretty cool song, but only pretty cool, and I haven't heard any unreleased stuff that was better than it.

Which would work if SoaD was a smaller band. But they aren't. I would imagine, with the sever popularity of Chop Suey they probably aren't hurting for money.

But I generally only take a chance on an album if I like at least 5 songs off it, or believe it will almost definitely be good (as was the case with the new Foo Fighters). If I hear another 3-5 songs from the album that I like, I probably will get it.

But I love stealing mp3s. It saved me from buying Kid A. (I understand not wanting to put out another OK Computer, but jeez, make sure the 'something different' is decent.)

They described in an interview once that this album is going into their more native sounding music, with lots of sitars and middle eastern instruments. It's suppose to be a really but art project, and they could care less if it cost them their record contract...shit, I'm all about this new CD. I need to get it.
