Scheduling for editing sessions

Hi everyone,
I'm having a hard time scheduling long editing sessions right now. I plan my editing slots on my personal calendar, but I often get caught off guard by work meetings or other commitments that pop up at the same time because my official calendar looks empty during those hours. Does anyone use a trick or tool to automatically sync two Google Calendars? I’m looking for a way to block off my rendering or editing sessions on my work calendar (by just showing “Busy”) as soon as I note something on my personal calendar. If you have any solutions that run in the background, that would really help me out.
