This one place I know serves frog.
Should I eat it?

Oh yes, I did actually end up eating the Frog.
It was frog in chili pepper and lemon grass.
It was pretty good, a little difficult to get off the bone, as i'm not used to the skeletal structure of frogs.
As for taste / texture I'd put it somewhere between scallops and chicken. It's a little more chewy than chicken, but i don't know if preparation was a factor since it was the only time i'd ever had it.
