Analysis: You need to clarify your statements if you want them to be taken seriously. This looks to be a complete non-sequitir.

Or you are claiming that accepting people for who they are and not trying to change their beliefs to match yours will somehow keep you out of heaven?

wow, EXACTLY one of the many reasons i'm not religous.

I wonder which church this kid goes to that this forum scares him about Heaven.

I don't think you could sin here if you tried.

But, what ever floats your boat, as long as everyone is happy.

You need to accept there are people that are diffrent than you. Not everyone has the same beliefs and opinions.
God does not tell you to avoid the people who do not believe in him, god like jace said and i quote wants you to accept people with different opinions or beliefs and if its possibly try to see the good qualities and try to change the bad ones; the bible never said "turn your back on bad people". thats why people tend to think that believing in god or bieng religious is just wrong because stupid and ignorant people like RamonesFan2020204 start talking shit without having the right concept of things and clearly just bad interpretation. personally i think that is better for u to go, and come back when your brain is fully developed.

Sigh, I was hoping this thread wouldn't degrade into that. Oh well, since I haven't gotten a chance to add in my two bits, I must say that I'm basically not a fan of most current bands, simply because in my eyes many of them have totally lost touch with artistic vision and have fallen to gimmiks and cash raking. Not that I am against people making money, but when it dominates your artistic vision, what's the point of even trying anymore? For every Tool there is a System of a Down, for every KMFDM there is a Marylin Manson of NIN, for every King Crimson...well, you get the idea(plus I couldn't think of anything to go with King Crimson). That's why I generally stick to older rock unless I find a good indy band like Jim's Big Ego or something along those lines.

Oh, and on another note, while I may say I hate rap and country, that's just because I'm unfairly generalizing for the sake of brevity. I like some of the older rap and some underground rap/hip hop, and as for country, well, I don't really listen to enough of it to really say, but I can state that Credence Clearwater Revival and Cracker are awesome, although they are not pure country and mix a good amount of rock in.

So as for "New Rock" as Mr. Ramonesfan/fanatical Christian called it, I see it as the same as any other group, whether it be music, anime, people, whatever: "There are a couple of winners, and a whole lotta losers" - George Carlin

Thank you for reading
Kawaita hitomi de dareka na itekure -The Real Folk Blues, Yoko Kanno
I like it! -Indiscipline, King Crimson
If you wanna touch the sky, you must be prepared to die, and I hate cough syrup don't you? -Cough Syrup, Butthole Surfers

I didn't say god says or wants anything, I simply said accept people, it avoids conflict and problems, I said these things.

and this:
try to change the bad ones
Fuck that shit. I'm happy. I don't believ ein god or what not, and I'm doing good.

You completley missed the point of my post.

I AM NOT enforcing lectures, advice, or anything of the sort. Whether or not it be good or bad.

it's ok, it's just easyer if we don't do anything at all, you know?

I mean I know your religion teaches you should help others become better people or what not, and guide them towards your religion, but I say, wait until they want it.

If some one is curious, go for it. But just offering lectures and advice out of no where only causes problems.

Anyways, it's cool, and I think he left. He seemed pretty freaked out.

I wonder if that kid has ever masturbated

And no way that theory about him being a mormon could be true!
