I've been buying up a bunch of audio and video related equipment... By the end of the year I want to have created some kind of mini-documentary in the hopes of getting enough experience from that to try and tackle something larger.

I finally picked up a proper TV stand to go with my new TV. Now if only Ikea had provided all the parts and I didn't have to wait for them to ship the replacements I'd have all my stuff in there. But at least the important items are good to go.

Haswell-E i7 5820K, 32GB DDR4-2600, Quad-SLI mobo with 10 SATA3 ports and an M2 slot if that isn't enough HDDs.

I've been living in what feels like the dark ages as far as my cell phone goes. So I finally upgraded.



ASUS ZenFone 2. I also picked up a case, screen protector, and a 64GB MicroSD card to go with it. Now all I gotta do is head to an ATT store with my dad and have him authorize to pull me off his account and onto my own, and hopefully transfer the number, or get a new number and a new SIM. I'll keep my iPhone 4 around for it's apps and what not that I've already bought and can use as a touch ipod. But I think it'll be nice to use a new phone finally.
