You can't understand that sentence. If the grammar is off it's very minor and you should of been able to get the gist of it.

"Lets discuss with good company."

Saying lets discuss it with company that you are comfortable with.

"I'll start up a chat room about it and we could all talk about it!"

Saying I will start a chat room up just for people who want to talk about the movie

though I was joking about all of this.

But just to translate so you can understand

eepblurpeepblurp... pow pow... lababootstrap!

I don't know if that's right, I have trouble speaking your language.

Oh and "why so cereal" is just making fun of the movie and a south park episode.
