Dude just needs to wash his shirt. It's crusted over and won't unwrinkle. Kinda gross really. Might be what's causing that skin condition.

you can never get same detail of shadow, light, and his shirt even has the same wrinkles* as the original image.

It's not photoshopped. I just found a picture of us three that I had forgotten. Here is me, Kim and Joel in the park, there's the swingset in the bg (like I said).
I was sick that day, so I my skin looks a little pale, thats why I was wearing earmuffs
