I think it's awesome that it means so much to you, and what others say shouldn't matter if it indeed does.

Part of the reason people are flaming, though, is that there's not much to discuss. Nothing to chew the fat over, so to say.

That said, of course, let's not set a precedent.

And not only that, it's just a name. It doesn't mean anything to anyone that hears it, except you and the few around you who might have heard it. Do you expect TV Guide to knock at your door some day now, asking for an interview? Or maybe throngs of women throwing themselves at your feet? As if the utterance of a few sounds gives you any sort of recognition outside your sphere of immediate influence. If you think that your name encapsulates You, then I think that's a problem in itself. And I don't know how you expected people to react to something so trivial to anyone but yourself.

~Firstly from your perspective, congrats, I know the feeling of being on tv, not my name but I was shown a few times, I also felt like screaming to the world what had happened.
However..
When I did tell people at school I was on tv they didnt give a shit, its the same deal here, your all excited about it and fair enough you can be, you just need to realise that no-one else cares, there may be a few people that are happy for you, but the majority dont.

~Secondly don't start flamming others about their music tastes, or I and others will make you regret it dont believe me? ask son_goten if he's even stable from all the drugs their pumping him these days.. he whispers something about a scarecrow ... weird.

Along with newspapers on both coasts, and in Canada. It's not a huge deal. Nobody will remember your name for it.
