agreed with adema also audiovent just wasn't into that at all don't really care for it when they come on stage with an auroa of we're awesome you suck psh says who

Ever see Trail of Dead? Saw em twice - stunning after Madonna, pretty awful after Source Tags & Codes. Which was odd cause I prefer the latter album.

(& download. not terribly original, but it's nice to see a trail of dead video done with so much effort)
I only had the chance to see them once at a church in Philly with this amazingly cool heavy band City of Caterpillar. It was right before The Secret of Elena's Tomb, or whatever that EP was called came out. My friends hated them 'cause they acted all rock starish, and didn't remember the bands names that played before me, but I dug them. I really, really love that band, so they could have just shat on stage and thrown it into the crowd and I'd probably say "good show." I wish I got to see them back in the Madonna days, I hear they've mellowed out a bit since then.
Are you down with the sound of the Devil's town?

I'd have to say, It's a 2 way tie for absolute best bands I've seen.

1. Live in '97 for the Secret Shamadi tour. Show just fucking rocked. Also, in 2001, for The Distance tour at Niagara University.. Fucking incredible both times.

2. Blind Guardian November 2002. Small show with about 400 people, but BG really rocked the house down with Symphony X. They were truely incredible.

Runner Up

Mercenary. My god, the show they put on at Prog Power IV makes me wonder how anyone could NOT like them.
Ploink! Magic Cupcake! Elvenking. I'm sorry, I can't hear you over how awesome I am.
