This is one of those things where EVERYONE says it the other way but I say it "wrong". My coworkers point this out to me all the time. It's interesting really. Not sure why or when I started saying it that way but I seem to be the only one that says like that on a constant bases.

That reminds me of this one intern I worked with a few years back.
She had an interesting way of pronouncing "saran wrap" and "Sacajawea" which were "say-ran wrap" and "Sa-kaka-wea"

Sounds like possibly Turkish or some place in Eastern Europe.
