well thats the point in listening to rap......the lyrics....i don't care how hot the beat is, its nothing out with the lyrics

i hate metaphors, mostly because they're so blatently obvious and repetitive most of the time (and rap music isn't exactly the type of music genre i'd expect metaphors to be in anyway).

yes thats true, rap in general doesn't have metaphors.......and i don't like rap i only hear Eminem or someone who raps about something differents besides guns, bitches, and killing.

Thats why i like enimen because his lyrics is different from all others rappers ( and no its not because his white ) I like some of tu-pac songs also. All rappers lyrics are the similar, i mean how can you not get tired of hearing the same sh*t over and over again? Eminem brings a complete new flavor to the rap industry
