Actually, Fripp was the opener for this year's G3 in Europe, as he probably should be. The guy has been booed by audiences all over the ol' continent, and he's clearly enjoying his time

(He plays soundscapes when he's solo. Incredible music if you listen to it right, but, sadly - not something the less-refined, shred-happy audiences relate to, thus the booing)

According to a hint from Fripp, I believe this same G3 will be in North America come November-December. Definitely not something to miss (and hey, it's almost your third night right there)

Believe me, I know that all too well. If he comes to North America for G3, I would give the left side of my body to be at that show. If there is one G3 I ever attend, it will be this one. I thought I was missing something when Petrucci was playing there, but I think I'd rather see Fripp than Petrucci. Don't get me wrong, Oto, John Petrucci is still my second favorite guitarist. But if there was ever one guitarist I would kill to see there, it's Fripp.

The only guitarist that could take precedence over Fripp in G3 for me is Michael Romeo (my favorite guitarist), and I know he won't be playing at any G3.

The only rock i know(and hear) is "Guns N Roses" & "Rage Against The machine"!

www.google.com search for the band names posted and see if they have mp3's for download, best way to find out because you just asked this forum to get flamed with opinions.
