Looking for a good Rachmaninov recording...

I'd love to be of help, but I never listen to Rachmaninov on the classical end (I lean towards Itzhak Perlman on listening). I have listened to Piano Concerto 3 though, and I must say it is insane.

See if you can find a version that was conducted by Seiji Ozawa. He tends to run the orchestra at a slightly faster pace than most.

As the idea behind why I need the track has changed over the last week or so, I've come to the conclusion that an older recording will actually be better.

So, I'm going to use one of Rachmaninov's own recordings.

... I guess this means paizuri is the winner ^_^;;;;
