Pandora

I must say in all the depths of the internet this is the most interesting thing I have yet to find. Essentially, Pandora is an internet radio station where you input a song or a band that you like and then then a playlist is built song by song based on similar features. Additionally you can give the songs Pandora selects a personal thumbs up and thumbs down to help refine selections to your tastes. I haven't tinkered around with it much yet, but my friend who relayed me to Pandora has and he said it has greatly expanded his musical horizons.
