Can't figure out the song...

I posted awhile back that I was having trouble figuring out what a certain song was, but I couldn't get an answer from the author or anyone else. Maybe someone else can help me now. It's the song before Dragula (Techno Remix) in the Initial D "Tofu Racer" AMV... someone please help.

It's this shitty vid that I didn't even watch once all the way through, and immediately deleted. I don't know what the song in question is, and I'm glad I don't. It sounds like the Dieselboy remix of MC Chris covering a Queen Latifah rap single.
