The singer is Dido, the song is most-likely "Stan" from Eminem. It uses an excerpt of the song "Thank You" from Dido. However, I have not heard this song in a long time, and I remember that DJ Mystik remixed a version without the Eminem part. The DJ Mystik version is called "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head"

the beginning does sound like stan. But it cuts off before eminem is supposed to speak.
