Need help finding song in DBZ music video

Back when when I was obsessed with DragonBall Z, I had over a good healthy 100 Anime Music Videos. Multiple of them of course was the awesome Goku vs Majin Vegeta fight. In one of the videos, there was a rock song, and all I remember is at the very end, it was when Majin Vegeta slams Goku in the back of the head and while Goku is screaming, the song goes SHOOOOUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!

I don't remember the rest of the song. I know the beat and stuff but that won't really help since I can't actually hum the song to you. I think it goes something like

Shout, to see
Believe this in me.

Something along those lines, I have no idea. If anyone can help me THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been searching for this song for 8 months!

Have you tried the video's discription, assuming that you got it off of here?
