Looking for a song!

Hey! I'm looking for this song, it goes (something like) okadeska kudasai, please excuse me while I cry. Have no idea what that first word is just a slight recolection. Anyway I just remember it was done with some guy doing that tortured soul voice... I just thought it might go good with Excel Saga! Anyway I hate desperateley finding an anime for a song so I may never do it... Like to find the song though. I just thought of it cuz I came across a version of Sukiyaki and it's basically the same but not. Not at all, I want comedic here ppl!
