Hi everyone! I will try to make this short. Basically, I was on Tofu Records forums and in one particular forum they spoke about wanting Asian Kung-fu Generation to be released in the US by Tofu Records. A representative of TR posted that if there is a demand for them here in the US, then a petition may help to get them imported. The rep. also said that Tofu Records imported other bands (such as L'arc~en~Ciel) in this exact way. So he posted the petition site and since no one else would make one, I decided to!
