Can someone PLEASE identify these songs?

I have some songs, but I have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER who they're by, or what they're callled, Someone PLEASE fill me in!

I just called this one, "The fact that shocked the nation", 'cause thats what it sounds like it says at the begining...

This one, I called "Funeral Bell", just 'cause the name seemed to kinda fit, but I have like, 7 versions of this song, all are basically the same song, but only slightly]/b] different, like, length, what order the beat comes in, the opening, whatever...

The first one sounds like they're rapping in Tagalog.... How many Filipino drum-n'-bass groups are there?

As for the second...that's E Nomine, I'm sure. "Vater Unser"? I'm not sure.
