Astral Projection Live @www.di.fm

Post by TaranT » Thu Dec 23, 2004 3:43 am

From previous postings I think there are some Astral Projection fans here.

DI.fm will be presenting a live audio AND video feed late on Christmas Eve - actually Saturday morning from 12 AM to 4 AM Eastern US time.

See this page for details. Be sure to select the Goa/Psy channel, not the normal Trance channel.

There's a time converter on that page for people outside of North America.

That's a good CD, although I'm partial to the title track myself.

I sort of hesitated to mention the live video. The last time I watched one of these from di.fm, the "video" was very low-rate; i.e. boring. I have a DSL connection so I don't think it was a problem at my end. The music came through clean, though, and that's all that mattered.

I'll take back what I said about the video. It took a few minutes to settle in, but the feed right now is very smooth. At least until my DSL loses it.

Can't tell if these two guys are AP or one of the other groups. And they're mixing from CDs - old skool DJs would *not* approve.
