What is the difference?

What is the difference between the OST (an import) and the one over here? I was thinking of getting the Hellsing soundtracks and wanted to know.

different cover art some times. Sometimes a bonus track. Japanese writing ... the cd track listings being in japanese when you put the cd in your computer ... various little tid bits like that could differ between teh OST and imports ...
