Murder Dolls, most of their songs are based on Horror movies. they're far from being the best band, but they fit the scary music theme ... well ... sort of.

House of Krazees.
If you can find anyhting it probably won't be CD quality though. they broke up but when they were around they mostly sang about murdering and halloween. Check out the album "Season of the Pumpkin", very halloweenish.
