Re-took the test with my monitor brightness set to 50-ish (it was previously at 0)
Completed it faster, and did better to boot

43. Although I'm pretty sure in this case that's less a test of colour discrimination and more a test of how shitty my monitor's sensitivity is D:

Maybe you should use these test images to tune your monitor beforehand. Prolly the best thing short of hardware calibration.
