Did you learn Spanish from Babelfish or something? Because you seem to have no understanding of verb tense. In a somewhat more readable translation, Hikaru78 said:

Oops, I interpreted that sentence to be, "If anyone knows the answer to this, but does not know Spanish like me" meaning that you did know Spanish, as opposed to other people. Sorry if you were offended.
